Children’s Art & Pottery Summer Camp at Belmont Mill:  Children will get to hand made and decorate pottery.  Other activities include drawing, painting, with a party and talent competition on the final day.  Dates:  July 18th – 22nd , 25th – 29th.  Ages 4+

Kellogg’s GAA Cúl Camps provide boys and girls – between the ages of 6 and 13 – with an action-packed and fun-filled week of activity during the summer holidays which revolves around maximising enjoyment and sustaining participant involvement in Gaelic Games.  We will be in St. Rynagh’s G.A.A. Lough Derg is a place of welcome where no one is judged and everyone is equal.  You can begin your three Day Pilgrimage on any day until 13th August.  No need to book. Daily boats to the Island from 10.30 a.m. until 3 p.m. 7 days a week until 13th August. Regular pilgrimages throughout the season country wide. Computer Summer Camps – West Offaly training.  Children on these camps will use computers for educational, research and fun purposes.  Liquid refreshments, course manual and certificate of participation will be provided.  Cost €25.   Dates:  26th – 29th July and 9th -12th Aug.  Beginners 9.30 – 12.30 p.m. Tues. to Fri., Intermediate 2 – 4.45 p.m. Tues. to Fri.  For more details contact West Offaly Training at 057 9152003.

  1. 28th July –    Give Food to the Hungry, Drink to the Thirsty,

                                            Shannon Harbour.

  1. 4th Aug.  –    Forgive Injuries, Bear Wrongs Patiently,

                                    High Street Church.

  1. 11th Aug. –     Pray for the Living and the Dead,

Boher.
