Church Renovation Update

Plans are well advanced now for the renovation of Saint Rynagh’s. Planning permission has been lodged with Offaly county council, and we are still on target for the closure of the church from mid-September until mid-November. At present the Committee is working on the final details of the restoration. Choosing Colours, flooring, and negotiating final pricing for various works. A decision about the commencement of a second collection as agreed by the parish will be made in the coming weeks by the pastoral council. Alternative plans for celebration of mass will also need to be made in the near future. Further details will be posted as they develop.
